Where in your life are you not making enough movement in order to progess? In what way are you feeling stuck?

If you wake up and can’t move, you have probably experienced an episode of “Sleep Paralysis,” which can be very frightening (often includes the feeling of a dark presence in the room and pressure on the chest). It is completely harmless and means you were stuck in the Hypnogogic stage of sleep for a brief time. You can’t move because when you are in REM sleep your brain paralyzes your muscles so that you don’t get up and act out your dream. Sometimes (when you don’t get enough good sleep) you’ll wake up before your brain can reactivate your muscles and this is when Sleep Paralysis happens.
